Hayden Panettiere’s father to face misdemeanor charges

Looks like nobody believed her sorry excuse that it was all a misunderstanding.
Hayden Panettiere’s father is now facing misdemeanor battery chargers after getting in a drunken fight with his wife in August.
She claims it was “misunderstanding.” Just like the second season of Heroes! T
The Associated Press reports:
Alan Panettiere faces up to a year in a Los Angeles County jail if convicted. He was arrested on Aug. 11 on suspicion of striking his wife, Lesley.
At the time, a sheriff’s spokesman said Panettiere was accused of hitting his wife three times with an open hand.

Hayden Panettiere Admits to Underage Drinking

You’d think these girls would learn to keep their mouths shut. But not so for Hayden Panettiere. Instead, she dishes to Cosmo about her underage drinking.

She says, “I think that people look at me as just another one of those girls who’s going to screw up, like, ‘She’s going to get into drugs, and she’s gonig to get into parties.’” Umm, maybe she won’t do that, but she goes on to say, “I have the occasional glass of champagne with I’m celebrating something…” Doesn’t she know that’s, umm, illegal???
